About This Session

Participants will explore the benefits of practicing mindfulness exercises. Learn quick and easy mindfulness practices to release tension, ease stress, and improve focus. This workshop will be interactive. Leave refreshed, with ample resources to help lead breathing exercises, yoga poses, and mindfulness exercises.

Michelle Dummer is a nationally certified yoga teacher. She has been teaching yoga and mindfulness with children, families and adults for the past 7 years.
