About This Session
Participants will explore the benefits of practicing mindfulness exercises. Learn quick and easy mindfulness practices to release tension, ease stress, and improve focus. This workshop will be interactive. Leave refreshed, with ample resources to help lead breathing exercises, yoga poses, and mindfulness exercises.
